Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note, processing time is separate from shipping time.
Large orders (5+ items) or wholesale purchases may require additional processing time.
Shipping Time
- Domestic (USA): Estimated delivery is 4–8 business days after processing.
- International: Shipping time varies by destination and may be longer due to customs or carrier delays.
We primarily ship via USPS. Actual delivery depends on the postal carrier.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the USPS system.
Incorrect Address
N2T Co is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will issue store credit for the item(s) only.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for incorrect address errors.
Lost or Delayed Packages
N2T Co is not liable for lost or delayed packages after handing over to USPS or any shipping carrier.
If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you have not received it:
- Please contact USPS directly to file a claim.
- We cannot expedite or reroute shipments once they leave our warehouse.
In some cases, we may offer store credit for lost packages, but refunds will not be issued once the carrier shows the package as delivered.
International Orders
International shipments may experience customs delays. N2T Co is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country.
