Return Eligibility
We accept returns for store credit only. Refunds or exchanges are not available.
Returns must be requested within 2 days after you receive your order.
To qualify for return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Free from pet hair, odors, and stains
- In their original condition and packaging
Please note, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
How to Return
To start a return, email us at support@n2tco.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the return process.

If the returned item doesn’t meet our criteria, it will be sent back to you at your expense.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Seasonal or holiday-themed products
- VIP sale tees
- Local High School tees
- DTF transfers
- Items discounted 30% or more
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos and your order number so we can assist you.
Once verified, we will offer either store credit or a replacement item.
Order Cancellations
Because all products are made-to-order, orders cannot be canceled or changed once placed. Please double-check all details before completing your purchase.
Lost Packages
If your order is lost during shipping, please contact your local USPS to file a claim.
N2T Co is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by USPS.
